Sex can also bring us to this awareness; and orgasm, and self-love, and body movement—all of these are connected to mindfulness, to sensuality.
Try listening with your senses, trying paying attention with them.
Suddenly everything is brighter, warmer, beautiful, interesting.
And that’s where Divinity lives: in sensuality.
